SHIPPING POLICY

For all e-Store orders received before noon, best efforts are made to ship within 2 business days.  If received after noon, they are packed and shipped within 3 business days.
In-stock merchandise should be delivered with 1-6 business days, depending on the shipping destination and courier delays due to adverse weather conditions.

All orders are shipped using the best possible shipping method for your order and destination.  

Shipping Rates:

For UPS-based shipping, Shipping rates are based on a price from our facilities to your Ship To address.

RETURN POLICY

If you wish to return in-stock product(s) from the e-Store due to a defect, wrong size ordered, or other problem, you may do so within 15 days from the date of receipt of your order.

Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us, unless the product is being returned due to a defect in the product.  

In the case where a product is returned due to defect, we shall, where practical, replace the product or provide a full refund.
